Ordering

What size should I buy?

We know that's tricky sometimes to figure out fit and sizing when online shopping! We've created a size guide to help you select the right sizes, and you can find this guide on all our product pages. If you're still unsure, then send us an email at  support@ododos.com and we'll help you out! 

Can I change or update my order?

Since we process our orders quickly, in most cases it's not possible to change or update your order. You can however give us a shout at support@ododos.com and our customer service team will do what they can to help to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note however that this is not always possible. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.See our shipping policy for details.

Do you ship overseas?

No. Currently only shipping to the United States. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How to return?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@ododos.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
